Always restart your device if you are having issues. Just a simple restart can solve a lot of issues.
Remove an account from a Chromebook
If restarting doesn't work, trying removing the user from the device. That won't delete anything important, and it helps with several different issues. To add the user back, the simply have to log back in again. Their user name is their full school email address.

- On the Chromebook sign-in screen
- Next to the profile name, select the Down arrow
.
- Select Remove this user.
- In the box that appears, select Remove this user.
- The user will then be prompted to login using the full email address.
WiFi Issues?
Toggle your WIFI on and off at the bottom right of your screen. Make sure at school you are connected to "Card Wired".
